Things I Learned While Putting Charlie to Bed Tonight

"We saved you one piece of pizza for your breakfast." "Just one?" "Yes, just one. We all only had one piece. Daddy had hundreds but the rest of us only had one. It wasn't very fair."

I should say not.

"Daddy is awesome, and you are cool. And I am.....strong."

I suspect the pizza piggy has been doing some brainwashing.

"There is only one thing that I am allergic to and that is buffaloes. The real ones."

Alrighty then. I'll be sure to keep him away from buffaloes. The real ones, that is.

I love reading what you and your little ones talk about. Who would have thought that buffaloes could be such an allergen? LOL!

My husband is same way, especially when it comes to oven fries and biscuits.

Now I know better. I make two cans of biscuits & nearly a full five pounds of oven fries. With two strapping lads on their way to adolescence, I'm sure these figures will only increase.

And I'm just fine with that. Biscuits are cheap but happy men are priceless. :)
