We call those peanut butter balls Buckeyes! in these here parts.
And yes, we will be making plenty of them for the celebration on January 7th.

I'm blessed to be married to my own Mr. Knightley and to be the mother of five fair lasses and one bonny prince (aged 8-18). Today, I gave up on dipping and just layered the peanut butter stuff between two layers of fudge. They don't look like buckeyes anymore, but I'll be happy to eat along with you on the 7th:-)
We just made them and they are so good we just may finish them.
