...about
Pandora? I'm sure I must be the last to know. Was it some great big conspiracy to keep Diane listening to pathetic Dayton radio stations? Heh, heh, heh, you snicker. I admit, I've seen references to it for quite a while but was too lazy, er, I mean, busy to check out the website. Someone could have spelled it out for me. Surely.
My favorite stations, you ask? (Or not.) JJ Heller, Jack Johnson, Norah Jones, and, of course, Relient K. To be honest, these four are the only ones I've tried so far, but I love them all.
So, what are your faves?

Edited to add: Just created a Michael Buble station. Very sweet. And apparently, none of my readers are music lovers?

I don't know Pandora either. Will you spell it out for me or do I have to look it up myself?
Jenn, I feel better now. If someone as hip as you didn't know, then maybe I'm not so bad. :)
Basically, after you open an account, you enter the name of an artist or song and Pandora creates an internet radio station with similar artists or songs. You can create multiple stations, and you can mix stations. It's free for stations with random ads every 3-5 songs or you can buy a $36 annual subscription for stations with no ads. You get 40 free hours of listening per month, then you have to pay 99 cents for the rest of the month.
I haven't listened long enough to know if it gets repetitive. But if it does, I guess I'll just enter a new artist. So far, the music has been fab.
And that's about all I know. About this. :)
Pandora is great. In the lower left-hand corner there's a genre search you can do if you don't feel like searching by a specific artist or whatnot. Another great thing is that Pandora can sync to your cell phone (if you have a data package, preferably an unlimited one at that and are in a high-speed network area) and whatever you have set up for stations etc online will be available on your phone. I love to put the earbuds in and listen to music while I exercise. Good stuff. Glad you found Pandora!
